The Rendering team has fixed the null reference issue for text along a path. We are currently waiting for the Vista team to provide feedback on the resolution.

The Rendering team identified a common error type related to text along a path, which seems to be the most frequent issue. They also identified another issue, which appears to be related to Sherbert asset processing. The next update will be provided once we hear back from the Rendering team.

Since 5 PM on March 13 (UTC), there has been a significant spike in API 500 errors at the endpoint https://rendering.documents.cimpress.io/v1/fusion-fallback/preview. This has impacted Studio’s image rendering and preview functionalities causing delays in processing uploaded images. Approximately 4.9K unique visitors have encountered these errors leading to extended rendering times. However, users are still able to complete their tasks despite the delays. Requesting Rendering team to look into this with ‘high priority’ during their business hours.
