Investigating

New Incident: CTIM-1246
Priority: Low
Escalation sent to: Artwork Tech: Prepress for review.
Opacity settings in Studio previews and the order operations page do not match the opacity of the final printed product causing discrepancies between customer expectations and the delivered items.
Customers who use vector elements with opacity settings in Studio for their designs and print through Vistaprint may receive products that do not match their intended design, leading to potential reprints.
Artwork Support upon reviewing the order and the original file found that the leaf part was meant to be in the shaded area of the card but was instead printed in the visible section. The final document matches the customer’s expected output, indicating that the issue may have occurred during the printing process.
Requesting Prepress team to look into this during business hours.
