The Artwork team has rejected 21 items and informed the Platform Support team to reorder them. Since there is no risk involved, at this moment the incident is contained.

UPDATE:

There are still 114 orders stuck in the ‘In Progress’ stage. This number seems to be within the normal range but team received a failure result. Teams are actively working on clearing the backlog. The next update will be provided when we receive more information from the teams or within the next hour whichever comes first.

Many print and embroidery orders are stuck in Processing, despite callbacks being made. The interceptor is rejecting callbacks due to status mismatches with the result URL, preventing progress beyond Prepress. Some orders have been stuck for over 24 hours. The Embroidery team, Artwork Tools team and Integration teams are actively working together to clear the backlog of stuck orders.
