Incident Resolved: CTIM-1143
The Artwork Integration team has unblocked all 315 stuck review requests and confirmed that the issue is resolved. The incident is now marked as contained.

The Artwork team is currently working on terminating all 300 affected requests in the Aux Code Review app. The next update will be provided once all affected requests have been cleared.
UPDATE:
The issue occurred due to a deployment in Interceptor at 12:30 AM IST which was reverted at 4:00 PM IST. During this period approximately 300 requests were created for the aux code review queue potentially impacting them. The team is currently reviewing all 300 requests. Awaiting confirmation from Artwork Integration team on the resolution. Next update in 30 minutes or as soon as we receive further information from the team
UPDATE:
Investigation revealed that the problem was linked to an inconsistency in the item contract where some orders contained ‘InputDocumentReferenceUrl’ while others had ‘inputDocumentReferenceUrl’. Artwork Integration team identified that this was due to a deployment in the interceptor at 12:30 AM IST, which was later reverted. A review request was shared post-reversion for validation and Artwork Tools confirmed that the expected ‘inputDocumentReferenceUrl’ format was now consistent. Further verification is ongoing to ensure complete resolution.

Artists are receiving zero items when checking requests in the Design Review app. So far Artwork has observed this issue primarily in the DesignErrorReview_AuxCode review flow where no items are being retrieved. As a result team leads are manually overriding these orders and parking them in their queue. The Artwork Integration team is actively investigating the issue.
