Paging Rendering Squad to help in investigation into what is blocking customers from purchasing Shipper category products on Boxup.com and Pratt.com. Teams have found an error possibly linked to rendering failure.

Adding Product Operations to page since this seems specific to shipper category products so it is unclear where the root cause lies but it is now clear all shipper categories on pratt.com and boxup.com cannot be added to cart in all sizes

The entire Shipper category (most popular) products on pratt.com are unable to be added to cart, possibly more products affected. Box Up has shared an example video. There is no error, but when trying to choose option ‘continue’ the screen is hanging and does not progress any further. Customers are blocked from ordering.
