Product service team advised to activate the gangDNAs with Any stock and that seems to have resolved the gang task in search UI. Vista team have placed a test order to confirm the order rejection.
UPDATE:
The Production Operations team joined Slack and informed us that the Search UI is an internal Vistaprint tool. Currently, the Product Service team is looking into it.
