Pixartprinting customers face the issue with the upload feature, particularly during the DocPrep call.
After investigating the logs, we identified a spike in errors in our processing of DocPrep output: an essential expected field, ‘PdfInfo,’ was missing inside the FilePrepOutput. This occurred on, December 19, in the morning (our time zone), corresponding to the UTC time range of approximately 9:30–11:00. It appears that the issue also affected valid files, which were successfully resubmitted by customers a few hours later. We identified that the issue was related to the APDFL problem we previously encountered. Resending the requests should resolve it. The issue has now been addressed.
