Artwork has identified the root cause of this issue and sent the affected orders (66 total) for remediation. Incident is contained, though the channel will remain open to collect additional examples of orders that might need to be remediated over the next few days.

UPDATE:

Artwork teams identified the affected orders and found the URLs were in a bad state from latent effects of a previous incident (CTIM-992). The URLs were fixed (deleted from the DB) but there could be some more bad URLs in the next couple days. We will monitor this channel for additional examples.

UPDATE:

The Artwork Sherbert team has confirmed there is no issue within Sherbert related to the 401 errors. The root cause is that the asset URLs in the cimDoc have expired along with their signatures resulting in the 401 errors. Team is coordinating with the respective teams to determine why an asset with a limited expiry is being injected into order pipelines. Next update will be shared when we get more information on this.

Vista reported orders being rejected due to prepress failures. Errors indicated gateway timeouts when calling sherbert service to download assets. Artwork teams are already investigating the issue.
