The team identified an issue in Cimbamanager where all instances had 100% utilization of their C: drive. New instances have been recreated which should largely resolve the issue. The team is now waiting for the environment to ramp up.

20% of the requests are failing. DocExt team have redeployed the environment which should take nearly 20 minutes to complete.

The DocExt team identified that Vista Studio is sending project information in an incorrect JSON format which triggered this incident. Vista Problem Management has escalated the issue by paging the Design Editing Studio team for further investigation.
