The Artwork team has updated that the backlog job has been reduced to zero. National Pen confirmed that everything is working as expected. Incident is contained.

UPDATE:
The Automation team routed the US traffic to the EU region due to a deployment change in the US region. The traffic has now been routed back to the US and the backlog is significantly reducing.

National Pen has shared example requests and the Automation team is checking if there is a backlog in file generation.
