Incident Resolved: CTIM-862
The issue has been resolved after stabilizing the Mocker service, which was returning 503 errors from requests. Incident is contained but teams will continue to monitor the service health.

UPDATE:

AT Squad is currently working to roll back a change that is likely causing the issue. An optional solution would be for a change on the BoxUp side to update the EDO query parameter, but we will wait to see if the reverted changes on the MCP resolve the issue first.

PCD has found that the express options do not exist in the default EDO group, though there have been no changes on the BoxUp side and the last edit was 10/4/24. Investigation is ongoing.
