UPDATE:

The first four orders, which belonged to batch R6NAZF5KIC7SH94 have been un-stuck and can now be manually batched. Rhydon is now looking into the last one order.

Rhydon discovered that most of the orders were batched during the previous shift and were not reassigned or released, causing them to remain stuck in the batch. Rhydon is currently fixing the orders one by one. The incident will be contained once all the orders are resolved.
