Incident Resolved: CTIM-836
MOS/DocExt team was able to identify the problem and implement a fix which was verified by Vista teams. Incident is contained.

Support and devs teams are working to identify the cause of the problem. Currently checking the possibility of a database field length issue. Next update in 30min or sooner if additional details become available.

DocExt team is online and have been reviewing the issue. Vista teams confirmed the requests to WES are failing consistently when the request body contains an array with more than one JSON object (which contains the documentUrl and previewUrl). Will provide details as they become available.

Status 500 errors seen from WES service. We are receiving many 500 errors on our Teams Details Page - the requests are all sent with from=team-details-page. Looks like POST will fail if body.resources.groupsAndTeamsMembers contains more than one documentUrls and previewUrls.
