D’Ninjas couldn’t find any issues related to Piranha and confirmed it is working as expected. We request the National Pen team to check again and confirm whether the application is working or not.

Multiple laser machines are unable to download batches via Piranha app due to an auth token error. Plant IT has checked the machines and restarted the app but aren’t able to identify any local networking issues or problems with Piranha itself.
