Incident Resolved: CTIM-795
CTIM has gotten confirmation that the previously rejected orders due to spot color error have been remediated. Incident is Resolved with no new occurrences and no further remediation needed. CTIM Summary to go out within 24 hours.

UPDATE:
Artwork Integration is reporting no new orders have been rejected due to spot color error since the problematic flow was disabled yesterday . Platform Support is working on reinjecting affected orders that were remediated. CTIM will update once remediated orders are confirmed to have been sent back through artwork processes succesfully.

the flow that was causing the issue has been identified and disabled, no new errors are expected at this point. A list of has been identified and teams are working on fixing impacted orders.

Vista is encountering an error and causing rejection in orders. They have been tracking this issue since August 9th till date. So far 624 items have been rejected. Right team is already looking into the issue.
