UPDATE:

After the config had been updated (v72) and sync’d from PrintDeal, pricing data was showing in cockpit and the items are available again on the website. Incident is contained at this point. We will follow up on root cause info for the PIA.

Some of the attributes for the affected product had duplicates in the configuration that prevented the product properties from being returned as expected. PrintDeal is in the process of reviewing and updating the config on their side.
