Incident Resolved: CTIM-745
MOS team identified the blocking queries and terminated them. Also they have created one index on database to make sure it works better. Incident is contained as issue is resolved.

Numerous artists were facing issues with the Review App, making it impossible for them to fulfill their orders. MOS team has resolved the issue. Sending a formal escalation and creating a status page for tracking purpose.
