Incident Resolved: CTIM-725
For now Artwork team seeing less than 50 orders stuck under doc transformation. As its not creating much impact on order SLA, based on Artwork Team’s confirmation we are containing this incident now.

Incident Updated: Artwork Team no longer see any errors, and the number of stuck orders is decreasing. Still under monitoring. Incident will be contained once the stuck order count hits zero.
Incident Updated: Artwork Tool Team deployed a continuation related change in EU and they have reverted that. This issue is fixed and the job count is reducing. Its still in monitoring and incident will be contained once we get confirmation from Artwork Team.

Around 800 orders are stuck in document Transformation step. Artwork team getting callback from artwork processing service but the result url has incorrect status. When they try to poll the results, they could see 500 error affecting many BUs. Issue was reported around 5.33PM IST. Artwork Tool team is already investigating this issue.
