Incident Updated: The problem has been resolved by the dev squad and they do not anticipate any reoccurrence. The errors originated from a DNS issue after modifying the service’s underlying infrastructure. Vista PBM indicated that there was a noticeable decrease in checkouts during the time of the outage. At present, the service is restored and functionality verified. Will hold this incident open for 15min before containment.

PCD noticed an increase in error rates for the RANCH service due to an infrastructure change from ~10:47 - 11:03am ET. This impact is limited to Vista. Strandbeest squad is already working on a fix. Will add additional details as they become available.
