We encountered an issue with one of our Zip services being down. This occurred because of a large number of inputs, specifically 1220 filePaths, being processed to convert into a zip file. The high volume of inputs was consuming excessive memory on the zip servers, causing new requests to fail due to insufficient memory, consequently resulting in the service outage. Due to this issue in Zipcompress worfkow step was failed with an error exception”: “Service Unavailable: Back-end server is at capacity”. Team is actively working on this issue.
