Orders were not getting processed in several review applications. The server experienced degradation, causing timeouts in the load balancer. The team addressed the issue by restarting it, and now everything is functioning properly. The team promptly identified and resolved the issue within 20 minutes. During this time, artists were temporarily unable to release orders, but there was no significant impact.
