The generateLogo endpoint was experiencing extremely high response times. Vista uses this endpoint on their website, where normal response times are around 10 seconds; however, during the incident, they increased to up to 2 minutes, at which point errors began to occur. No issues were reported by Vista.

The root issue was latency in logo generation, which resulted in a 30% drop in success rate for approximately 50 minutes. As a result, not all customers were impacted. The issue was resolved shortly after being escalated to CTIM.
