Additional information and review is needed from the teams that manage the Oracle system for National Pen. We will monitor for any responses but cannot be sure that we’ll receive more details until their business hours. We’ll share the next update by EoD.

Paperless teams confirmed that since the orders originated at Vista, they would need to be remediated by CARE teams. CTIM will reach out to CARE to notify them so the items can be replaced or refunded. Next update in 1 hour.

Due to the Goldstar transition of production from NP (MEX) to NP (TN) there are many overdue orders (~500) that currently need remediation. We’re engaging Paperless support teams to help identify the best methods to replace these items so they can be produced.
