Support teams from CT and Printdeal have been investigating an issue affecting a single high-value order since Monday, March 23. The order is for Paper Bags to be produced in VEN that was placed via quote and the errors indicate that the doc generation failed due to a SKU page (surface) mismatch even through the artwork provided has only 1 page. The order cannot be fulfilled on the Vista side since there is no document. CT Artwork teams are currently reviewing the issue.
