BoxUp team confirmed that the issue they are seeing is expected, as Paper Cup does not exist on BoxUp.com. It appears that Paper Cup was selected on BoxUp by mistake; it is available on LogoCup. Hence, we are moving the case status to contained.

CTIM is investigating an issue affecting editor and artwork upload in Cockpit where teams are unable to enter any manual order. Website orders are not affected. As BoxUp is heading offline for the night, support teams will be able to pick this up during their business hours before BoxUp’s next shift at high priority.
