Support team has informed that the models currently in use have been deprecated by Google. An alert was issued on February 17th, which was missed. The teams are currently working on deploying a fix. The estimated time for full rollout is a couple of hours, but improvement is expected within 1 hour.

The support team has confirmed that the issue is related to Google, and they have opened a ticket with them for updates. Since this is a third-party Google issue, CTIM will provide updates every 1 hour or sooner based on updates from the Google team.
