VEN teams identified the affected gangs were from a previous shift and that all current items are getting picks as expected. They plan to review the issue with local Analytics teams to determine the best course of action. Next update in 1 hour.

Support teams have verified that JIT-related services for SAP appear to be healthy. Currently reaching out to teams in the plant for more details. Next update in 30 minutes.

Production in VEN have reported no JIT picks for materials in the decorations VSO. This started roughly an hour ago and is affecting all lines. No specific errors have been shared at this point, still gathering details. Requesting assistance from Vista SAP teams.
