UPDATE:

Production in CJ found that errors were still occurring but for a different product (Flyers). CT teams are now planning to remediate all shipments under 1lb where previously they had focused on the product that was originally reported (Postcards). We will provide another update by EoD ET on the remediation progress.

Production in RNO has reported that they’re seeing periodic failures for shipments using OnTrac with 500 errors when calling SAPI. The issue started during the morning shift and is affecting 33 orders. The errors have subsided just before sending the escalation and teams in production are currently retrying the items. CTIM is sending this as ‘high’ priority unless the problem worsens.
