The team has updated the configuration on the the cluster where write events were failing. The cluster is currently healthy, and events should begin processing normally moving forward. Further monitoring will continue to ensure stability. Awaiting confirmation from the customers

The team has identified that the issue appears to be related to OpenSearch, where events are not being stored as expected. Initial findings indicate that the custom-quotes index mapping has grown significantly, and the number of fields may have reached the 1000 field limit. Although no recent changes were made on the team’s side, new attribute names in incoming payloads can gradually expand the mapping over time. The team is currently working on identifying the appropriate solution and will share further updates once more details are available. CTIM will follow up in max 30 minutes

Multiple business units reported a discrepancy between the item status displayed in the Cockpit UI and the corresponding event status in the Event tab. The issue has been observed across orders from multiple BUs, including examples from Pixartprinting and Exaprint. This mismatch is causing confusion in order tracking and operational monitoring.
The Commerce Team is currently investigating the root cause of the status inconsistency between Cockpit and the platform events. Further updates will be provided as the investigation progresses or max in 30 minutes
