NatlPen TN production has confirmed these are not customer orders, but test order for new printers being installed at the plant. Next update will be during IST business hours once the support teams are online and able to take a look.

CTIM is reviewing an issue at National Pen TN where the plant is unable to create manual batches for the laser shift plan and facing similar constraints for inkjet. Teams are still assessing the total impact and urgency. More details to follow shortly.
