No issues with checkouts have been observed by Vista at this point. Support teams are still monitoring the affected services. Next update in 30 minutes or sooner.

UPDATE:

This issue was possibly caused by a database problem within the Product Catalog infrastructure which has been raised as a separate incident. Adding Vista in case they observed any increased checkout failures during the timeframe.

Commerce teams have reported increased response times from the Configuration Service which has resulted in degraded performance of the Product Orderability Service. The issue started around 30 minutes ago (10:50am ET) but seems to have subsided at this point. Opening the incident for investigation, not currently paging any PCD teams at this point.
