An issue was reported where production planning targets for the night shift were not appearing in the system. Instead, each time the generation process ran, it continued to generate targets for the afternoon shift. This prevented the plant from receiving the expected planning targets required for night shift operations.
Initial checks suggested that the issue might be related to configuration or scheduling logic rather than a confirmed software failure. Since the local labor planner was unavailable (on PTO), the plant was unable to validate or adjust the configuration locally.
FPE team is engaged to investigate further.
