FPE team has joined and suggested the Windsor team to restart the ganger service. Next update in 30 minutes or less.

CTIM is investigating a critical issue affecting Windsor Plant, where the plant is hard down as the ganger run has not started. The last ganger run was around 11 PM. Next update in 30 minutes or less.
