CT and BoxUp devs are continuing to investigate the problem. Commerce teams confirm no recent changes to Cockpit that would be related to the issue, but there was a deployment on the BoxUp side to update the surface API endpoint in designer ~12 hours ago. Next update in 30 minutes.

BoxUp reported an issue where they are unable to use Cockpit and WFA flows to manually enter orders. Commerce support teams are aware of the issue since it was originally submitted earlier this morning. We will reach out to the support teams and upgrade the issue to critical since customers are unable to approve the orders.
