Cimpress Open is getting an unauthorized error while trying to fetch orders through API calls.
Incident Resolved: CTIM-2416
The Commerce team suggested that Cimpress Open team to use their own JWT token, which resolved the issue. A more detailed RCA will be shared once we receive it from the respective teams. Moving the case status to Contained.

CTIM is currently investigating the issue affecting Cimpress Open at critical priority. API calls to the cimpress-open-production orders endpoint are returning an UNAUTHORIZED error. The total number of failed requests so far is 174. The next update will be in 30 minutes or less.
