The issue was traced back to a problem with the inventory for the affected product. This has been corrected and the problem should now be resolved, pending confirmation from BoxUp.

BoxUp has reported that orders with Crinkle Paper are currently failing at checkout as well as in Cockpit. Errors indicate failures when fetching EDO and pricing for the affected product.
