UPDATE:

CT Commerce teams have verified that only Canva orders (39 in total) were impacted during the incident. The orders continue to be processed as expected since the service was restarted. We’ll continue to monitor the issue and provide another update in 1 hour or sooner.

Vista teams reported a problem where Canva orders weren’t making it through to the MCP. CT Commerce teams found that the service that releases the orders had stalled, impacting all Vista orders (ie. not just Canva).
They’ve already restarted the service and orders are now processing successfully. At this point, no additional action is needed though we’ll be monitoring the issue before we contain the incident.
