Duplicate Test Orders from BuildASign Impacting Embroidery Workflow Queue

BuildASign injected multiple test orders using the same artwork into the production queue “Vistaprint No Group Embroidery Review.” As a result, approximately 500–700 orders with identical designs were created and routed to the Embroidery workflow.
These test orders appeared in the same queue used for live customer orders, causing operational disruption for designers at the GSO end. Artists must manually fetch and release these items, which may delay processing of legitimate customer orders.
Initial investigation indicates that the orders were generated as test requests rather than actual customer purchases. The BuildASign team has been notified to review the test order injections and prevent further submissions to the production queue to avoid additional impact on live workflows. CTIM will follow up on this in max 12 hours to get the updates.
