National Pen Mexico reported that the window used to confirm production plans is not opening. This is preventing the ink injection and laser plans from being confirmed, resulting in machines currently having no workload. Two machines are already affected and additional machines may be impacted as the scheduled plan start time approaches in 1 hour.
