[RESOLVED] Between February 26, 11:04pm UTC and February 27, 2:35pm UTC, CJ plant was unable to plan and schedule customer orders resulting in print jobs unable to be planned for the plant for ~2-3 working hours. Support teams identified the root cause to be a 50 variant ID limit in the system that was raised to 150 to allow production to continue until a permanent fix was put into place on March 3. As this incident is contained, there will be no further updates provided here by CTIM.
CTIM will provide a critical postmortem in the coming days.
