VistaPrint reported an increase in Add to Cart (ATC) errors beginning around 5:30 AM EST, primarily affecting core products and predominantly impacting mobile traffic. Initial findings indicate the issue may be related to failures retrieving the work entity from the Work Entity Service (WES).
At the time of assessment, the error rate was observed to be below 20% and showing signs of decline. While the issue is believed to block affected customers from successfully adding items to cart, the behavior has not yet been reproducible by the investigating team.
