UPDATE:
Production has been able to continue with the workaround that was previously implemented. The carrier (Amazon) has pushed an update which should resolve the issue, though it currently remains off in production. Plant teams will decide whether to reenable that option in order to test the label functionality again for Amazon shipments. Next update will be EoD or sooner if more details become available.

Production reports improvements since the items were replanned. We will monitor the issue and send another update in 1 hour.

The carrier has confirmed the issue and suggests a reprint of the affected items as a workaround. Production in WND has already resubmitted the orders to be replanned. Next update in 30 minutes.

Logistics teams have identified that the response from the call to the carrier is returning an incorrect format for the labels. They are escalating the issue to the carrier. Next update in 30 minutes.

Production in Windsor has reported problems with shipping labels being unable to print intermittently for the last hour. They are also unable to reprint the labels. Engaging FPO on-call for assistance.
