New Incident: CTIM-2361
Priority: High
Escalation sent to: eCommerce: Payments Squad for review.
On 23 Feb 2026, following the announced TLS/certificate update from Kount, Commerce Payments system experienced SSL handshake failures when invoking the Kount Analyze API. Consequently, all requests to Kount failed. Orders dependent on Kount fraud validation were not automatically released. Approximately 3,000 orders were impacted and remained in a pending state. No customer payment data loss occurred. As a mitigation, orders are currently being released manually. Next update in 1hour or less.
