The issue is likely related to an ongoing problem affecting PODS, Product Intermediary and Categorization services. Commerce and Product Catalog teams are still reviewing options for recovery. We’ll provide another update in 30 minutes.

Commerce and Product Catalog teams are reviewing the issue. Calls to the Categorization Service from Product Intermediary are still returning 400 errors. Next update in 30 minutes or sooner.

Product Catalog teams have reported increased errors and response times for the Product Intermediary (Product Catalog) service for Vista. Dev teams are already working the issue which is likely related to an ongoing incident affecting the PODs service.
