Escalation sent to: Fulfillment: Infrastructure Database (Muninn) for review.
BHI reported that all SSRS reports became inaccessible, displaying the error. The issue began approximately 20 minutes prior to escalation and affected multiple operational reports, including Due Items, booking reports, and tracking dashboards.
The outage is blocking day-to-day production activities, with Operations and Logistics unable to track due items and print jobs. The issue appears to be related to a database connectivity or credential configuration problem within SSRS.
