The 69 affected shipments have been delivered to customers and the original issue is Resolved. Snorlax has merged a change to support these types of configurations in the future. Incident Contained.

As this issue stems from a specific use case that is not currently supported, teams will be evaluating the manual intervention required to clear the pending shipment queue once support teams are online. The truck contained only BAS shipments, and since there is no nominal consignee configured for that account, the shipment failed. As a temporary workaround, they could add the BAS account to the existing nominal consignee configuration. However, this would not be technically correct, as it would send the wrong IOR/EOR details to customs.
Team are currently waiting for input from the Development for the proper long-term fix. CTIM will share the next update in max 6hours or sooner.

CTIM is investigating a manifesting error affecting 69 Build A Sign shipments. The daily pickup has already departed, and these shipments are now scheduled for departure tomorrow. Since support teams are currently after-hours, the next update is expected during IST business hours.
