Data Domain’s Recommendation Engine Tier 2 service endpoint(v2/personalize) experienced degraded response times on 11-Feb-2026 and 12-Feb-2026. Response time of recommendation API increased from an average of 250ms during normal peak hours to roughly 12sec during the impacted period. While still occurring, this incident affected Printdeal, Tradeprint, Pixart and Easyflyer based on internal alerting, but no performance degradation was ever directly reported from the business.
