NatPen MEX Manifest Issues with Canada Post

Incident Resolved: CTIM-2343
After the recent workaround, shipments are now going through successfully. Customer confirmed that verified orders are shipping again. At this point the incident is considered contained. Team will reach out to the carrier for further investigation on the root cause. Next update when we get more information from the carrier or max in 24 hours.

Testing with the suggested field change still resulted in the same failure even when shipments were created directly via the carrier API, so the issue doesn’t appear to be related to that mapping alone. Investigation is continuing to find the cause and to identify any additional data or formatting gaps. Next update in max 1 hour or sooner
