Since the customer is now able to select the address through autofill, we are considering this issue contained. CTIM will follow up on identifying the root cause and document it accordingly.

The team is still investigating the issue at high priority affecting BoxUp. They have observed that autofill is working, but customers are unable to manually select or enter the state. The next update will be provided within 1 hour or less.
