UPDATE:

The support team informed us that changes were made to the number of instances in ECS, as they were using an over-provisioned setup. They have now reverted the changes to the original configuration and are seeing the Apdex score improve for the Backbone Auth service. The next update will be provided in 30 minutes or less.

There are a lot of errors and timeouts occurring on the v6/price endpoint, affecting all Pixartprinting websites. This issue is preventing prices from being displayed to customers and is also blocking the add to cart functionality. The problem started approximately half an hour ago
